When I was in college, I used to work out six or seven days a week. Nothing major, but I’d run for 2 miles and then lift some weights to keep myself toned. As time went on, I kept that pace through 2008, but when I moved to Korea, I let it slide. A large reason why I want to do this is because I’ve seen some changes in my ability to perform some tasks… and I don’t like it! Plus, Christopher Mast has been on a challenge this year and it helped get me motivated.
